After signing up for a free sample celebrity fit charged bank account for the product that i had canceled 16 day prior to being charged

Celebrity fit sent me a free sample of acai berry, I called and canceled the product 16 days later they shipped a new bottle and charged my bank account. I shipped the product back and gave them the routing UPS number they will not credit my bank account the 89.31 or the 17.89 I had to pay to ship the product back. When you call them they will not let you speak to a supervisor or give you any other number to call. They do hang up on you
