I was told it was a Secret Shopper job, they sent a check and I was supposed to call them first but they never answered

Do not fall for this company, they use the Citi Management Services to get you roped in, then they send you a check as well and you have to contact them before cashing the check, which I tried doing, but noone ever answered.
So I just did research and found out it was a company called Fido Solutions from Canada, they will get what is coming to them... They don't know who they are dealing with and I will contact the Better Business Bureau and keep after whoever I can to stop them, now I owe my bank money, good thing I didn't use all the money.
