Buyers beware! - usa wallpaper

I ordered 4 rolls of border on 5/29/09. Three days later, my checking acct. Was debited for the amount due. A day or two later, I received an email stating the product was on backorder, but should arrive in 1-2 weeks. On 6/18, I called to check the status, and was told they didn't know when I would receive the border, because the manufacturer was having problems producing it. So I cancelled that day. It is now 7/16, and still no refund. When I call to find out when I can expect my money, I am told that the paperwork is in accounting. They refuse to call acct. To check the status, and they claim there is nothing else they can do. I have to wait. This is extremely poor business. Do not buy from this company!!
