USA Wallpaper - By Design - Decroate With Style
Be ware of this company no customer service!

7 months later my order arrived! I have never done this before, but I don't think a company has ever made me this mad.in August of I bought border online from USA Wallpaper, which goes by 3 names. I received an email that it was on backorder and would arrive in 2 to 4 weeks.

I had ordered the wallpaper that went with the border from a different company, because USA Wallpaper no longer carried the paper. I received an email and phone call from that company that the wallpaper was discontinued, and I received my money back the following day. I found another company that had the wallpaper. I received it immediately. After a couple months, I was worried that I wouldn't get the border that went with the wallpaper I already had purchased and received. I was excited to find the border online, and I ordered it. It came in October.

I replied to the back order email from USA Wallpaper, but apparently those get lost in cyberspace. I assumed my order to USA Wallpaper was canceled when it was backordered for so long. That's how most companies do it, right? They let you know when it is in stock and you reorder at that time. Well, 7 months later it showed up. (Not 2 to 4 weeks) It came from Brewster Wallcovering Company, which is apparently their distributor. I obviously no longer need it, but I have to pay a 30% restocking fee if I return it. I paid $135. (By the sounds of other reports, I wouldn't receive that partial refund, either.)

If you can find your wallpaper anywhere else, get it there. I have had great luck with 2 other online wallpaper companies. I really think this one is a fraudulent organization, especially after talking to Customer Service! Read all the negative rip off reports... Don't get stuck like I did!!! I will also start by contacting the BBB and Paypal.
