Debited my account twice in the same month for webhosting fees

I just joined SMC and decided I'm going to give them a try. They told me about all the fees I will have to pay each month and so I decided to pay the membership fee and a web hosting fee with an automatic debit. The first month of my anniversary, on the 2nd day I had the web hosting fee debited from my account. This was the 9th of January. Three days after that, I checked my account and saw that they debited another web hosting fee from my account on January 12th. I called and asked why this was done, the CSR apologized and said she does now why I had a second debit. I told her that this was disturbing as this is only my first month and I am already having this happen. She apologized again and said she will credit my account. I will wait to see what happens and will keep posting my findings as I go.
