They do not offer what they say they do

These guys come into town boasting that they are the ones who have been in business for a while and have been doing it and can teach anyone. $199 for 4 days of training - not bad, lifetime membership I do not remember. This is where they get you - you get hardsold when in the room. 25K for the top package and you tell them the niche you would like to do.
My partner and I chose short sales and preforeclosures. After no response for over 90 days we decide we want to dispute the charge since we have no type of "training". After some paperwork is faxed between them and the credit card company they still end up with the money because their "contract' states it.
NOTE TO OTHER INVESTORS - Do not go to see/buy anything they do. They do not conduct business in any way. Total scammers here.
