Contractor - AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR

"avoid!!! 6-month project took 23 months to finish. EVERY order for parts was wrong. Deck estimate was off by thousands and in the end still wasn't as agreed. Only thing that probably got this done was the on site manager that worked the last year to correct many of the errors with me despite the GC.

Overall quality seems to be ok once finished but many items had to be done 2 times (paint siding trim etc). The GC will ignore you not return calls, made mistakes that caused months of delays, So avoid this contractor, if you do get penalties in the contract for late delivery and make sure you get assigned mark as your site manger."
