"kathleen velazuqez" purchased a $270 item from me online. 2 months after the item was delivered (with FedEx signature proof of delivery) to "velazuqez" at her 3015 India blvd, Deltona, Florida address (the county property records list the owner's real name as Elizabeth Velzquez) my merchant processor informed me that a chargeback had been filed because Lvelazquez" had used a credit card which was stolen from a man in Alabama.

You owe me $270 for the merchandise you stole from me you thief!
