Destroyed my business, credit score, and refused to negotiate

Dear Scott Beach:

In July you shut down $40k worth of credit that I had for use in my business because the credit was in my personal name EVEN THOUGH I WASN'T USING IT. Further you shot down my credit score from 680 to 647 to 627 due to your actions. And you made it practically impossible to do business. So I turned to the corporate sector for employment. Now that the economy has spiraled downwards and I take a $25k reduction in pay, I requested that you lower the minimum payment on the three accounts you left open with reduced credit lines until my situation improves. And you choose to CLOSE these credit lines this month instead.

I dispute your actions. I dispute Bank of America taking over of my original banks. And I dispute your smugness as Bank of America employees. Don't worry, your turn is coming. When you are on unemployment and worrying about how to pay your mortgage (if you have one) and are beating the streets looking for a job, you'll remember this letter. And you think you're invincible to the economy because you screwed your customers? Your employer, who taught you these skills, will use them on you.
