I tried to setup an online pay account (1 of the only ways to pay without a fee) and once they send you an initial password you have to setup a new (8 characters min) password to get in. They wouldn't accept any of my 8 character passwords so I called them from my girlfriend's phone, never got a human and they blocked her number!
