Customer service won't respond

I continue reading site where customer support wont react, are rude, uncooperative. I paid extra for Priority delivery. I called to confirm standing. 1st-time was rudely talked to and hungup on. Three times after I named, am disconnected and informed to check on rank online. You cannot email them to demand standing, simply because they do not have site.

Paid added for delivery concern plus they are not living as much as. Site simply says: "running"
