Unauthorized charges on credit card

Heard about a website on the television (www.fit. Fac.com). Made an order of $3.98 for Extreme Acai Berry Melt Away Tablets and I received the package in the mail.

When I recieved the credit card bill two weeks later with two unauthorized charges of $29.95 and $89.31. I contacted the credit card company who told me to contact the company in which I made the original purchase from.

The phone numbers listed on the credit card bill have you call back and when you did you can't get through. I haven't been able to speak to anyone working for the company. (The numbers were 866-4071022 and 877-615-4233)
