Appointment setting scame, doesnt pay employees and breaches contracts with dealerships stating we are exclusive to them, we are not! Houston texas

I worked for this guy name Anh Van Le aka Joe Le. His company is called Express Credit USA, Express Credit Services and Exprss Credito. He gets people to work for him for about a month then tells them that he filed for Bankruptcy so that he can try to get out of paying them when infact he has never filed for it! I called every court in Texas and in Kansas and there is no file for him or the company. He also tells the dealerships that we are exclusive to just them in the contracts and that is a lie because i my self was setting appointments for three diffrent dealerships that he told me to set appointments for! He has not paid any of his employees!

As far as we know there are seven people that haven't been paid but would like to know if there are more people out there that have't been paid? He even mentioned going to work for a dealership and making the checks to his own company falsifying that someone else is the owner. He needs to be stopped!!! This can't go on!!!

He disconnected the phone lines at the buisness office on 8989 Westhiemer suite 221. He is also suppose to be the marketing manager for Rush Marketing and Advertisement, also located on 8989 Westiemer. He may also be running a Travel agency. Lets put a stop to Anh Van Le *aka* Joe Le
