Keeps caling me for some one elses debt

Global Vantage has called me 3 times looking for some one else. I am on the no call list and am handycaped and have a hard time getting to the phone. Thats why im on the no call list. But it makes no difference to them.

The one who called me is Ray Smith who has an Indian accent. Which raised a red flag. Why would he lie about his name? I think these are a bunch of foreign crooks, dont know how they got my phone number? Im on the no call list maybe they got it off of that? Dont know who to report it to? Would like to get rid of my phone because of crap like this but need it for medical stuff.
