If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have had our coach for over 6 months to do warranty work and still claim they don't have parts yet. The service department comes up with excuse after excuse, doesn't return phone calls and is rude. We arrive on site to check status and get bombarded by salesman trying to sell us another camper. The on-duty managers don't have a clue about when our coach will be delivered. And we paid cash for our camper. So much for treating paying customers with respect. Once they have the sale, they don't care about you anymore. I would not recommend them. I would say run the other direction!
