Yahoo Messenger Phone In Disconects Service and Charges Multiple Times

Jajah Inc. The company that has taken over the Yahoo Messenger Phone In Service is causing me so much distress. First they disconnected my service when it was paid a month in advance. Then when I called to get it turned back on they charged me 6 separate times to reconnect the service when it was already paid.

Of course they will not refund the money immediately and tell you that you have to wait 5-7 days for a refund.

Ok then my Phone In Service was turne don again and I got one phone cal through it of importance. The very next day I called my number to se if it was still working and once again it was disconnected.

I called Jajah immediately and they turned it back on immediately, but when my husband was checking our bank account he informed me there were 2 new charges for $2.99 each from Yahoo Messenger. It never says Jajah, but try getting any answers from Yahoo. Thye give you Jajah's phone number and then you have to go through all the stres again and again with them as they apologize to you.

I have asked each time to speak to a Supervisor to no avail. Apparently they don't have a boss who can take care of a problem and all you get is a run-around. It's the same old story every time you have to deal with Jajah.

I am so fed up with these people! Someone needs to get them out of business and make them stop ripping people off on a daily basis.
