Total scam do not request free offer! There is nothing free about this!

I signed up for a "free" sample of Acai Pure" which falsely used Oprah as a spokesperson. It was offered at $1.00 shipping. I received a package of pills, gum, liquid crap and a bill for $44.90. After waiting on the phone for 30 min. I called my credit card company and was advised to return with a signature required and a letter. I did at a cost to me of $14.99. My visa bill came and I had TWO charges of $44.90. I have returned those packages with a note saying I will NOT return any more unsolisited products. I attempted to terminate the "membership" they signed me up for on their website. We'll see. Any help in how to get these crooks off me and my credit card would be greatly appreciated!!
