I found a $64.99 charge on my bank account 1000 Palms California

I discovered a charge on my bank statement I did not authorize. I called my bank and was told I had to file a complaint form. There was nothing they could do until the charge has cleared, it is still pending. So the rep at the bank looked up what it was and gave me the website info. And suggested to call the 800 #.

Well it turns out about 2 months ago I rented a car from Budget. Budget sent me a check as a "thank you" for renting from them. At this point I'm feeling pretty stupid for not reading the fine print.

The tlg rep was very nice and understanding and said I will be seeing a credit to my account within 48 hours.

I'm not holding my breath!
