Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization and Put Me on Spam Lists

I ordered a free CD from Grant Funding Search for $1.99 on my credit card. I received the CD, but before I opened it, I was charged an additional $69.95 which I did NOT authorize. I also saw an immediate substantial spike in the number of spam emails I receive (all about grant searches and money-making schemes). I get a voice mail when I call their number. This is FRAUD.
