Not satisfied services o/b az827 and az614 from bey to bos with my wife

My seat o/b az827 was not properly fixed it was not satisfied and out of order seat nbr was 36A in addition no meals at fco a/p delay of around 10 hrs no hotel accomodation no services to inform our relatives in Boston spent money for meals etc... And delay expenditures like p/u and others unforseen expenditures and i am booked to fly back to BEY of course with my wife on 20jun09. As i have been in your gsa agent in BEy around 1967 with messrs g. Asfour at that time. I was surprised to see az with this kind of services. Suggest you provide to issue 2 free tickets N1 BEY/BOS/BEY hope to hear from you very soon. Tks francois
