During the evening of January 04, at aproximately 7:30 pm, I purchased a bacon cheeseburger and two apple pies. Shortly after consuming my meal, I suffered: heavy vomiting, diarhea / with blood loss, cold/hot sweats, loss of appitite, and loss of sleep; due to severe illness.
