Ultimate Business Solutions
They took money from my credit card and when they found out I was dissatisfied with their lame-brained, over-priced business, they walked off and never bothered with me again

Miscellaneous

UBS contacted me from all the Internet searching that I was doing, searching for work from home programs.
When contacted, I was immediately introduced to this program about making all this money on a monthly basis. I was told about doing internet advertising from home, UBS would pay hosting fees after six months, websites for me to work from, shipping fees were paid by the company, that my apprehension was causing me to read too much into it, because UBS was going to do all the work, that this work was easy. I asked that individual if I needed any more money other than the $299.

Not knowing that this was a scam, I believed the rep when he said that the advertising coach would walk me through the rest of the program. I did not get to the ad coach until after I paid them from my credit card. That's how they led me in, and they called for about 3 days constantly persuading me into this trap.

By the time I got to the ad coach, she was the one who told me that I needed an additional $500 per month to advertise aggressively. I finally figured out that she was the one who would be getting all this $500 per month extra. I told her I did not have it.
I proceeded to call UBS and I was immediately told that I signed their receipt, so therefore, I knew I was screwed. My money was lost.

I called CapitalOne and told them that I was scammed and they refunded my credit back on my card, but UBS re-billed my card, and Capital One would not handle it any further. I was on my own. I have written everyone, called everyone. I have documents.

Also, the BBB in Arizona has a foul record for them. Too bad I didn't think of researching UBS with the BBB. I would not be in this mess.
