GMAC has a dirty plan to rip people off by manufacturing fees and charges to ruin your credit and if you are unable to pay their fictitious late fees or payments your home gets foreclosed

I spent closed to $10,000- in closing costs to refi my mortgage to bring my payment down from 3,000 to 2,000 and gave $100.000- to accomplish lowering my monthly payment.

Then my payment went back up to 3000 dollars because they claimed there was an escrow shortage, I sent $10,000 additional - to bring my escrow to a high balance and my payment was suppossed to go back down to the original $ per month, well I pay on time every month, most times 1 to 2 months ahead and now they are telling me that I am late and my payment is going up any ways! Like I said I have never been late!

I have called numerous times and there is a never ending circle, Gmac reps have a series of questions designed to go around in circles without resolving the problem, transfering you to different departments that take long waiting on hold to transfer you yet to another person who cannot help.

I have witten numerous letters as well as e-mails to no avail.

My next step will be to sue. I have all the evidence that they are set up to make people loose their homes! Thank God we have been able to keep up with their demands but people do not have that kind of money to be sending outrageous amounts or else! When we refininced we were going to changed companies but we stayed because they offered a "competitive" rate and they had all our info so for us it would be (supposedly) easier to stay, beside the monthly payment quoted was the one we wanted, but the surprise came at tax time when we found out that they did not figure enough taxes in our escrow to seem like their payment was the best and thus eliminate the competition, but when our taxes became due our night mare begun and our mortgage went up to what it was before we refi and dished out a total of $120,000.00!!! GMAC needs to be exposed and needs to pay for our lost time and agravation. Unfortunately, this is not over.
