Bought product entirely on Dec. 12th in store. Was informed on two events they offered my childs CHRISTMAS gift. They weren't ready to provide people with-it by today. Which is Jan3rd. I need help solve this matter. Have not gotten any thought from Toysrus what-so ever. I have spoken to shop mng., local mng.& visitor services. Still they've my cash and that I still don't have any merchandise. Further more it had been Christmas and understand one appeared to care. I did anything I really could do in my own energy beyond resting inside factory viewing them construct it. Still no bicycle.
