Manufacture defect

On may, 2 2011 my 07 extremely wouldn't begin, examined my battery articles were dissolved. I place a brand new battery onto it and restarted the bicycle, it went for 5 seconds after which died having a loud clunk. I got it to Texoma Davidson plus they discovered a bit of steel stuck in my own main string, wich cause both trans. And motor shafts to bend inward. I named harley davidson office at home plus they are providing all components required for fix, but I've to pay for 1300.00 for work. I named Texoma Davidson May 6 requesting when they might provide me a loaner bike, till quarry was set plus they declined. Its may 14 today and that I still do not have my bicycle. I dont believe I ought to result in any work expenses, because it was a deficiency of course if I'd been driving this bicycle in the future when occurred, I'd have now been murdered!
