One of my credit cards showed a total of four charges. Two were relatively small amounts, plus charges for the overseas transfers.

Trying to make contact went nowhere.
I contacted the credit card 800 number, had them cancel that card, and re-issue a new one. They did in fact deduct the charges and credit my new card account.
This seems to be the best avenue to follow.

Now I find they have used my name, address, and phone number for people to contact with complaints!

Whoever he/they are, are very crafty. Keep close watch on your statements.
