I looked at my credit card statement today and found a charge for BETAMAX VOIP CREDIT COLOGNE on it. I have never heard of this company and have never used a VOIP company in my life.
The charge was for $15.14 and I was also charged $0.45 for currency conversion.
I have disputed the charge and put a hold on my card so no more charges can be put on it.
I rarely use this card so I don't even know how they got the number. The last time I used this card was the end of July and that was at a secure site that I am familiar with and trust.
