Ipod Purchased for a 7year old!

I recently purchased a Ipod Nano over the phone from apple, on Dec 12. When I received the unit, I immediately wrapped it as a gift for my 7year old not even thinking of openning the package! Well on xmas day santa left a ipod for him and he was extremely excited! Well upon opening the box, I completely fliped because they sent the completely wrong unit, and being from santa I couldn't very well take the gift from him! We charged the unit, I tought him how to use it also, but as he played with it he stumbled across a uncensored version of Motle Crue's video of Girls, Girls, Girls!!! Not something a 7year old needs to see!!! The ipod was suppose to be refurbished but not just returned and resent to someone! Needless to say our xmas was a wreck because we had to explain to him that santa isn't real, and it was our fault!!! I called apple support, explained the situation to them and they were very appologetic about the situation, and all they could do is send me a lousy ihome clock radio for free! I dealt with it and bit my tongue as long as I could until New Years Day when my 7year old is telling everyone in the family that he seen "sexy naked ladies" on his new ipod that mom and dad bought for him! After that I called apple again and explained the situation once again and was basically told by a supervisor that there was nothing else that could be done!!! There has to be some kind of solution to my problem beside a stupid $80.00 clock radio!!! I don't need the problem with attorneys being involved, I just want someone more important that can possiblely get some kind of solution that could possible help me!
