Unprofessional service

I purchased a dozen of doughnuts at this store. When I got home to eat them I realized there were mouse droppings in the doughnuts. I realized this after I had eaten two. I became very sick, as did my friends who ate them. When I called the store to notify them of the situation I spoke to a very rude woman who only identified herself as "Patty". I was not satisifed with her attitude on the phone so I went in person the next day to ask for a complete refund and an explanation why there were mouse droppings in the food. SHe was extremely rude and claimed there were no mouse droppings. I have heard from former employees that there was a rodent pest control situation and the store was infested with rodents. After everything I have heard from former employees and patrons I am disgusted that this conduct is going on. This is very dangerous to the public to be serving contaminated food.
