Refused to honor "Risk-FREE Double-Your-Money-Back-Guarentee! After return of mdse. And letter asking him to honor his guarentee

On November 16, I sent for James Palmer's "Unique Way to Make $47,000 Every Month, Part time from Home". His flyer Guarentees "Double your money back if not totally satisfied.

Upon receiving his information, I knew it was NOT something I could possibly work with so I returned ALL the information to him on November 24.

I patiently awaited for my money to be refunded until December 22 and when I had NOT received any answer from Mr. Palmer, I wrote to him asking him to honor his guarentee.

He has had plenty of time to get back to me with either my money or at least an explanation but I have received NOTHING!!!
