Scam artists need to be closed down! Ripoff

Miller Plante inc are nothing but scam artists who pry on women and older people so they can con them into receiving their product through mail to only find that they don't want or need their product and when they have to talk with customer service at miller plante, they are treated like crap.

Miller Plante contacted my wife while I was at work and convinced her to receive their product to see if she liked it. Once I realized that it was ordered I knew right away we would not be using the product. My wife tried twice to contact miller before trying to send product back to get correct mailing address to send it to but was unavailable to reach anyone who would help her. We recently recived a threatning letter in the mail that we owe 189.00 or we would be turned over to collections. YEA RIGHT, I never opened the product and never agreed to purchase this product. My wife called miller and got in touch with customer service and the guy she talked to was VERY rude to her and hung up on her after she tried to explain that we did not want it and was going to send it back. I then called the guy back myself and told him I didn't appreciate the way he talked to my wife and the fact he hung up on her, he said he was not going to play any games and that we better pay what we owe and then hung up on me as well. I then called him back again and asked to speak to his supervisor and he stated to me that his supervisor was the owner and that the owner does not accept any calls. WHAT??? An owner of a company does not accept any calls??? Doesn't make sense. This company is conning people out of their money with scare tactics but not with me. I refuse to pay for something I never wanted in the first place. STAY AWAY from this so called company.
