They told me they can gurantee to lower our mortgage and they didn't... They told us not to make our [payments so we did... They charged us 1000.00 to help us and when i requested my money back they are returning phone calls or emails

I was told they gurantee 100% they can reduce my mortgage payment. I still have the start up plan they sent to me stating that. They advised me not to make my mortgage payments as it would make it look better of more of a hardship if I don't make my payment so we didn't. I now have to pay an xtra 60.00 a month to save my house to pay on the back mortgage payments we didn't pay. We paid the company 1000.00 to help lower our payment and when we had to pay more out of our pocket we asked for our money back as they state money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
