I have an account with WFNNB (Blair), opened the account because it offered 10% of the purchase. As soon as I got my goods delivered from Blair, I payed the account in full.

But! Each month WFNNB will charge me $14.95 for???"revolving charges??? So, I sent this email to WFNNB customer service.

Each time (twice) when I bought from Blair - I paid the full amount the full purchase amount. Now, what is this revolving balance I am being charged?
As far as I know you can not just charge me an amount for nothing—
kindly let me know — soon.

This is the answer I got, I must say I was surprised, because I got the answer a few minutes after I sent my first email.

Now, I have NO idea what or who "Encore Marketing" could be. I never had any dealings with them, I have NO desire to have any dealings with them. I have no idea what kind of Marketing they do or what they offer or don't offer. Yet, they somehow got hold of my account number which I have at WFNNB and are charging me $14.95 each month for nothing. WFNNB is not one of the easiest banks to deal with for starters, and now Encore!

I tried to call Encore - 888-595-9380. Nobody ever answers, it is an automatic system, which gives no opportunity to leave messages. Does not matter if one calls on Tuesday or Saturday. No one ever answers the call.

Honestly, I am disgusted.in hard times - as America is going through right now - there are companies like "Encore Marketing" who just help themselves to $ from people's accounts. I need to have this sorted out. I have No intention of paying $14.95 each month for ever, none. As I said, regardless of who or what they are. I have NO contract with them, I have no dealings with them, never had, and never will.

WFNNB will only look at my query once I provide an invoice from Encore or a Statement or an account number. Which is one huge joke. I have nothing to do with Encore, so I am not able to provide anything from them.

A word of advice to my fellow Americans - be careful if you have Store Credit and pay monthly - (I noticed the charges because I paid for the goods which I ordered in full), but I am sure if one would pay monthly - one would not see those Encore charges. Because the bank statement does not show Encore — $14.95. It shows - revolving charges - $14.95.

Thank you for the opportunity to let off steam, hopefully be able to warn others, and maybe - hopefully - get this sorted out.
