Dale Beasely Construction Company Failure to comply with a legally served court order (income deduction order)

My sister's ex-husbnad works for this company. CSEA has served this company with several income deduction orders (at least 5 according to her). My sister tried mailing a copy of a new IDO signed by her divorce judge and the company REFUSED delivery on it. She then used Orange County Sheriff's Department to serve the company with the court order. She has the proof that this company was served and they are refusing to comply with the terms of the order. Her ex-husband simply has to tell them that he is ahead in his support (which he is not) and they will stop sending her the child support which is covered by this court order. Simply put, her ex-husband gets paid every week. His employer (BY LAW) MUST send in the periodic payment according to his pay cycle - which is every week. They are not doing so. Now my sister (and the child) are facing having their electric shut off or being kicked out of their house due to his company - DALE BEASLY CONSTRUCTION - not following a duly served court order.
