Laid off 8 workers including myself without pay

I worked as a supervisor since December in tropical landscape and design, now doing business as private paradise landscape & services, LLC. My complaints is to put stop steve neace (owner) of hiring workers and laid them off and not paying them. He would tell the guys that if they complain he would call the INS on them. I have the names and contact number of each workers. For the last six months he would pay us cash and deducted taxes and would not provide us with a check stub or receipts. I also know of two customers that steve neace started the job, collected money and walking away without completing the job as promise. I do have the names and contacts as well of this two customers. Please i do ask for your help and responce. Thank you very much.
