Took me for 59.99 and didnt get anything, and cant reach them for refund. Paypal couldnt get my money from them either

I wanted to make money from home on the computer, so i tried this site infosourceusa. They took $59.99. I used paypal because they help prevent fraud, but they were unable to recover my cash, and i cant get ahold of the company to get my money returned. They-the company said it came with a 100%money back garentee. I sent emails to them and no reply their 1-800 # is not in service. Please help me and others.
