WOW Cables, Deliberate Fraudulent Charges

I am filing this report for my niece and several friends that do not have internet access. This report is against WOW Cable and Internet Service.

WOW Cable, has consistently and fraudulently added illegal charges for pay per view Pornographic films.

When these charges are added, WOW, refuses to remove them despite objections that the consumer did not order the block of films.

WOW's policy is, the consumer is solely responsible for any and all charges whether
or not said charges were incurred by the aforementioned consumer.

WOW Cable appears to unilaterally, add excessive charges without recourse or option of removal in aide of their bottom line.

WOW Cable continues to prey on the poor and elderly, our most vulnerable citizens.
