I received a message on my answering machine saying I had been approved for $400 cash advance, if I would go to there address

I received a message on my home answering machine stating that I was approved for $400 cash advance if I went to the website. I went to the website and each time i entered the information i was sent to another address where i had to enter the same information, including my routing and checking account #, ss# and all my personal information. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a payday loan to buy christmas presents for my nieces and nephews and here it is x-mas eve no advance was deposited. I'm unemployed and am receiving $63 a week unemployment benefits and no christmas present for 2 of my nieces.
