Child support enforcement in florida is a waste of time

I filed for support 02-01-08 I had every piece of info need ssn, workplace address, #, etc. Do they not know how to file? I mean there should be 3 simple piles 1st a pile where all the info is there, 2nd half the info is there and last 3rd. Little to none... And work from those piles.

Ive called a handful of times and had to wait to speak to someone for 45 min. And then to speak to the most ignorant person that comes straight from the projects! Im not predijuice but you can clearly tell they dont care about their job one bit and when you ask to speak to a sup. They hang up on you!

Also what the hell is up with the local offices once I got there @8 when they opened and I wasnt seen until 1230 to hear my case worker say they are still trying to locate him and for me to call the call center... I wish I could get a job there id have that place cleaned up and half of florida happy! But hey there isnt anything we can do about it... But just wait and hope...
