First Universal Lending
Ripped me off for $599.95 and I never filled out any paperwork. I called the next day to cancel and they have not refunded my money

Miscellaneous

First universal lending is ripping people off. I spoke with a guy who gave me a good spill and offered to began the process for me right away. He told me that the price to represent me was $599.95, which the website only states $49.95. I gave him my card number and he told me to call if I had any questions and he would email me some information. Well after I spoke with him, I had some questions about some of the things he stated. I called and told the lady who answered the phone that I had some questions and I needed to talk with the guy handling my account. She did not know who it was since it had only been that day. I waited a day or so and noone called me back so I decided to call and cancel their services because I didnt feel comfortable since I had received no response. I called back and told the guy that I never filled out any paperwork or gave any of my information except for my card. He told me that he would notate it in the system and will have them to refund my money. I also sent them a letter in writing letting them know that I did not want to use their service and they needed to release my card, mind you, they had not taken out my funds as of yet. Today, they still have not released my funds, but have actually taken my funds out of my account. $600. I feel I have been ripped off and will go to lengths to warn everyone I can!
