Horrible customer service and racial profiling

I recently moved to the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and I am very disturbed by the things I see from T.J. Maxx and this stores employees. Never in my life have I seen such racial profiling and rude behavior its employees I am a professional person with a large income and I am Asian/African American they follow you around the store yet, the ladies working did not give me the same service as other clients, they assume your stealing, they talk about the customers bluntly during and after theymake purchases. They treat customers in a very discriminatory way not only by race, but age and sex. Most of the employees are young black ladies (surprisingly) perhaps with very little education and anyon woman appearing well dressed or educated were given horrible, rude, and dirty looks from the employees. I saw better customer service towards the males than females. I travel alot and it is not just one location it is worldwide. Its sickening and down right ignorant and I personally plan to professionally take action and find out just how many other customers have itnessed this mistreatment.
