I ordered something from mygearstore.com from Amazon's website on Wed Dec 17th. I paid 15.95 for 1-2 day shipping to get it in time even though the item was only 5.95. I tried calling the customer service phone number from Thursday through Monday&literally all day long. I could never reach anyone on the phone and no one responded to my emails. I finally got fed up and sent them an email on Monday Dec 22nd - stating that since i haven't heard from anyone since the item was supposed to be shipped the week before pelase cancel my order since it won't be here on time. No one wrote back and apologized but i got an immediate email stating that my order was cancelled. Why couldn't someone contact me earlier??? It seems like this isn't even a legit business or they would at least deal with a customer that has tried to reach them numberous times. I hope no one i know ever does business with them. I gladly paid 30 dollars for the same item on apple.com because they are a reputible business.
