Educational Funding Company
Took money from account AFTER cancellation, refusing to refund

Miscellaneous

I have been using EFC for almost a year and had to cancel due to a back injury. I was given the run-around by EFC even though the Shihan at the school was extremely helpful making calls on my behalf.

After two months of phone calls and faxes i was able to cancel my account with EFC. I was told by the Shihan at the school AND EFC that my account was finished.

I was checking my bank account and saw that they drew from my account this month. I tried to reach them and of course no one knows whats going on and they are saying they can't refund my money because it's already been pulled from my card.

The Shihan at the school is trying to get my money back for me.

This company has been nothing but a headache for me.
