I (Shuwana Burnett) the grievant be reinstated, made whole for all lost back pay, bebefits & the record be explunged. After being a productive citican since I was 14 years of age and dedicated to the development of children in there early stages for nine years since march of 1999. My educational director for two years, Ms velma Thuesday narrated on October 19 to A.C.S. (administration for children services) that on October 17 that I should be subjected to being investigated. On june 5 since the agency didnot meet its burden of presenting a fair preponderance of evidence that I committed this act. The relief soughted by the appelliant will be granted, prior to the central register submitted by mail but under pursuant to 18 N.Y.C.R. R 434.9 specifically without reguards to the truth of the content the agency is admitting to not soughting the evidence and the Administative Law stated record will be amended to non founded and sealed. Ms thuesday then unilaterally canaceled the abitration hearing set for june 27 to september 2 then on September 11, she adjourned again at employer's exspense. My civil right's are violated, I deserve better, thats why im asking for ur help, Honorable major without due - process she didnt put my salary in estro, the request for my back pay has not been put in to the city commissioner of assocoiation for child development (A.C. D) located at 66 john street, I wonna also complain against the A.C.S. Worker because this is not gonna go away. Honorable major Bloomberg im asking for ur help with this complaint, They defamed my character & have put me in det wit creditor because my income has now become less than my exspences im leaving my family at rick of eviction and I havent recieve my owed income or been reinstated to continue being dedicated to my duties.
