They told me i would get my money back but i did not

I got a call saying congrats i won then next thing i know were buying magazines. They said i would not have to pay untill jan. I told them i could not afford that that we had no money. They said i would not pay untill jan.

Any way the next week they took 62.40 out of my account then i got a bill for 998.40 i called them and to cancel because we couldnt afford it i tried to cancel they would not let me. I ask to speak to a manager they said they would give me my money back but i never recived it
