Well, I am in a little trouble and I need your help please. I got fired as a correctional officer today Wednesday, February 12, because I accidentally walked into the ladies locker room instead of the men's locker room, right after our PT training today. This was not done intentionally.

After I got dressed right after the uniform inspection, I notified Staff.

Monday, February 10, I was approached by an Instructor. He told me that a female officer had told him that I had inapropriately touched her. I was surprised with this and had no idea what he was talking about. She had stated that I had touched her on the behind as she was bending over tying a shoe lace. I think someone else may have touched her while walking and because she never seen this individual, she may have thought it was me. I have no idea what to think, cause I am clueless. I never recall her in the hallway. The only time I was in this hallway during the alleged time was when I had a 5 gallon water jug inverted on the coffee table area, while pouring it into my small water jug, for consuming later.

Continuing with today, the cheif instructor at the collage told me that the locker room incident, because he thought I made an honest error, was minor. It is the earlier incident that I have no idea of what happened, added to, and amplified the situation.

I was sent to UCI, were I saw the Warden. He terminated my
employment. I tried to explain. But it did not seem to matter.

All I want, is to be reinstated and not have this over my head.
