Ordered brakepads and rotors

Ordered brakepads and rotors from their website, Brakeplanet.com, they charged my credit card that very day. Shipping was supposed to occur within 2-3 business days. After 5 days they email me and say parts are backordered, will take 15 days or so to get them, they say. I wonder why they didn't know they weren't in stock when I placed the order? I check feedback on their Ebay site and find many people are going 45 days or more without getting backordered products, and they aren't getting refunds and the company does not return calls or emails. I find the same problem, I couldn't get a human on the phone and they don't answer voicemails or emails. So I'm trying to cancel my order but they won't acknowledge my attempts to cancel by phone or email. So I am forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back, and for good measure I complained to the Better Business Bureau in their zip code and I would encourage all others who are mistreated by this company to do the same. Thanks for listening, please avoid these folks.
