Informed Re/Sys with a list of problems wrong with the home we are renting along with Septembers rent, return reciept. Lori Fergison did not respond until October and did nothing about it until November 14th. She has been very unpleasent to deal with on top of everything else and has retaliated by trying to evict us. Among the things we had listed wrong with the home we are renting was a seriouse leak in the kitchen sink which destroyed the cabinetry below. Old, curoded, moldy water was flooded underneath the cabinetry as well. We have been without the use of our kitchen since November 14th. It was just finally poorly fixed December 16th. Now all the bathroom sinks are leaking badly and our entire shower door fell off preventing us to be able to shower! The list goes on and on and on! We have proof and documentation of all events
