Is only out to scam people and is in no way considering their customer needs

My experience with safeway insurance company has been a total pain in the you know what. I have never in my life heard of such things that their telling people to keep from paying them whats owed to them. My accident accured nov 25 today is dec 16th and we still have not came to an agreement, it is their way or no way and i am not letting them get a way with it. I rear ended the back of a car while at a light causing no damage to the car but cause damage to mines which i thought i was insured by safeway.

I called and filed the claim and thats when the it all begin the stalling and the lieing. They are very inconsiderit of their customers needs they only try and benefit themselfs. They lied about the kelly blue book value of my car saying it was only 2,500 dollars when it was actually 6, ooo dollars. My damages were only 4033.54 they then told me they could'nt fix my car because it was 75% over it's value which was a lie. They then told me i had no choice but to total my car, even though the damages were repairable. They want'ed to go with no est.

But there on and insisted that i total my car leaving me with no car, no money to get another car. Or i could buy my car back for a 1000.00 and have a salvage title which would lead to an bigger pain in the you know what because of all the things that would have to be did to retrive mt title. Word of advice people safeway does not insure there customer you pay all this money a month thinking your covered when bottom line is your really not.
