Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Online

I received my credit card bill recently and noticed I had been charged on 2 seperate occasions by a company called MONTSR.com.
I have never heard of this company before and therefor know i have never signed up to them.

I've been on to there supposed web site but the only way you can find out any information off them is if you enter your credit card number, which I am not doing again!!! I also called the number given on the web site but could not get through to anybody.

The only time I have put my credit card details on the internet is when i signed up to www.MP3DOWNLOADS.com so I believe this is how they've got my details.

I have been charged 39.99 US Dollars each time. The first was on the 6th Jan and the second on the 3rd Feb. My credit card company are in the process of investigating this.
